I support emerging leaders in STEMM, healthcare, and education — often LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC — who feel undervalued and are navigating life or career transitions. Together, we cultivate aligned and authentic leadership, confidence, and clarity through transformative coaching, personalized action plans, leadership skill building, and strategies for sustainable growth.
In our coaching sessions, you are the expert on your life; including your patterns, behaviors, and beliefs. There is nothing that about you that needs to be fixed — you are creative, resourceful, and whole. My role as a coach is to help facilitate and support you through your journey of inner trust — helping you reflect on the experiences that brought out your full self and to this moment, reconnect with your authentic voice and values, and reimagine how you move forward with your life into this new season. It is not my place, nor my intention, to partner with you for extended periods of time — only when needed to help you harvest what you need before moving onward.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership rooted in the belief that you already hold the wisdom, creativity, and resourcefulness needed to create change. Guided by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) values of professionalism, collaboration, humanity, and equity, my role as your coach is not to give answers, but to walk beside you as you uncover your own.
In Hope Theory, hope is not just wishful thinking — it’s the combination of a clear sense of goals, the pathways to reach them, and the inner agency to believe you can. Coaching becomes the space where these three come alive: where you define what matters most, explore possibilities, and build confidence in your ability to move forward.
Much like folding an origami crane, transformation happens step by step. Each fold — each choice, insight, and action — builds on the last, creating something beautiful, resilient, and uniquely yours. Endings are not failures; they are opportunities to harvest lessons, gather strength, and begin anew.

Every origami design begins with clear, intentional creases — and every harvest begins with looking closely at what has grown. In this stage, we pause to notice where you are, honor what has come before, and gather the insights and lessons that will shape the journey ahead.

Folding brings paper into alignment; harvesting reconnects us with the soil that sustains us. This is the stage of realignment — grounding into your values, strengths, and inner wisdom. By tending to your roots, you reconnect with what nourishes you and begin to stabilize for growth.

Just as paper folds begin to reveal wings, beaks, and tails, harvesting also carries seeds forward into the next season. Here, you envision new pathways, plant fresh possibilities, and shape what authentic leadership and life could look like — rooted in what you’ve learned, yet open to what’s emerging.

In origami, the crane is lifted, ready to fly. In harvest, the abundance is gathered and shared. This stage is about stepping into action with clarity and confidence, carrying forward the fruits of your growth. Intentional New / Full Moon Coaching
The Full Moon represents a culmination of hard work, and can be a great time to let things go. Whereas a New Moon signifies new beginnings, and can be a powerful alignment in intention setting.
During these coaching sessions, we will meet on or leading up to these powerful transits and coach through things you want to release or invite for the incoming lunar cycle.
Pricing is typically $45 per 30min session.
